HIAROM will be present this year at the 28th edition of the Internationale Ausstellung Fahrwegtechnik (IAF) in Münster – Germany.
From 31 May to 2 June 2022 HIAROM invites its customers and partners to the Internationale Ausstellung Fahrwegtechnik in Münster, a specialized exhibition dedicated to the latest technologies and railway equipment.
Held at the Messe Münster, as well as at Münster Ost railway station or at the Congress Centrum Halle Münsterland, the exhibition attracts visitors interested in the latest technology and railway equipment from around the world.
HIAROM will be present at stand A225 and will exhibit a VMS 424 – 8×8 vehicle specialized in the construction of railway tunnels, perfect for transporting rails, sleepers, concrete or other materials inside the under construction tunnel.
The vehicle is equipped with two cabs, has a maximum mass of 48 tons, a payload of 24 tons and is powered by a 290 hp diesel engine. It is also equipped with a Hiab crane. The modular construction allows the installation of various additional modules such as a cabin for transporting workers, work platforms, concrete mixer, concrete pump, etc.
Similar vehicles built in the past by HIAROM have proven their usefulness on large construction sites in France, Qatar, Thailand and Hong Kong.
HIAROM, together with other large companies in the railway industry, participates at Iaf 2022 at the invitation of Verband Deutscher Eisenbahn-Ingenieure e.V., the organizer of an exhibition that has enjoyed an excellent reputation among professionals and exhibitors in the railway industry for decades.
The 2022 edition of the Internationale Ausstellung Fahrwegtechnik takes place under the patronage of Volker Wissing, the German Minister of Transport.
